  • Maximizing Engagement: Learn how I encourage comments and interaction, and how sticking your own comment at the top can significantly increase visibility and drive traffic to your site.
  • Budget-Friendly Tips: Discover how I manage to get thousands of engagements with just a modest budget, and how this strategy compares cost-wise to other ad platforms.

Thanks for showing a way to do this. I am not that savvy on FB, but it's opened new doors for me now!
So if I want to promote WA, does FB offer a link to take viewers straight there, or do we have to do it manually? I wasn't sure about that bit.

If you provide the link, when your visitors click upon it, FB will direct them to the appropriate destination. As Kyle said, they have their page name with the .com, so when they reply to folks, it auto-registers a link below the response.

Ok thanks Abie👍

Np Julia :)

Yes, I also need education on how to increase my visitors and friends on FB. I opened a business profile six months ago and I only have 58 friends. I don't know how to increase the number of followers. I sent the request to my friends, but hardly anyone wants to follow because it is not in our language. Even those who follow do not read.
Thanks for this video.

Well you can definitely over-invest your time and energy trying to get followers...which won't amount to much. You see page with 100K+ followers that get no reach.

Facebook limits exposure unless you are paying, and that is why this strategy works well. It is inexpensive comparatively and doesn't take much in terms of affiliate revenue or ad revenue to recoup your costs.

I tried to increase my FB post and it worked. But I made some mistake and activated the add with 65$, but I only wanted 10$ for that post and another 10 for another post. I don't know how to change it. FB offers me $65 and I can't change it. Dont know how. But I have to learn it

Hi Kyle,

As a Facebook business page, you can only get these engagement numbers if you pay for ads. Without paying, the chances are slim. What is the ratio between the money paid and the interactions, and how many people took the initiative to create an account or upgrade?

In any case, I read some of the comments from the Facebook posts. Some comments were hilarious, and others left me with a bitter taste of people's ignorance. Although they don't know the topic or how it works, they rush to offer free accusations and support their idea without the curiosity to try first.

But despite these, I must appreciate your professionalism in your answers.

Yes, absolutely. Facebook pages aren't going to lead to much reach without a MASSIVE following, or if you pay them to boost. But boosting content is relatively inexpensive for how much actual reach you can get.

And yes, people are often times rude, and it depends on the topic the number of rude people you get. It also gives you a glimpse in society, lots of real weirdos out there and people that are keyboard warriors that feel there is no repercussion to things they say.

It also teaches you a lot about your audience, which is great and I don't mind the rude comments. Just comes with teh territory.

Thanks Kyle, I like this strategy, but I just changed my page profile name to domain name and it doesn't come up with the link on comments. Also it won't allow me to boost a post with a background colour – says I have to remove it to be able to?

Yeah. I'm getting the same issue with the link not showing up in the comments even though I changed it to my domain name. It only works when I put the https:// in front of it. But I don't want that. Doesn't look good. Not sure why it's showing up for Kyle and not us.

Hopefully Kyle will come back to us on it, be great if it did work.

It comes up with a link when other people reply to you. And if your text is too long, it won't allow you to choose a background colour, so it is only for text posts of a certain length.

I hope this clarifies things for you. :)

Yes, when you drop a link you have to do this. When your audience replies to you (and includes your name), this will turn into a link on desktop computers.

Thank you Kyle, hopefully someone will comment on my post so I can see it in action :D

The background did work fine and I have posted it as a normal post with background included, but for some reason it said I'd have to remove the background to be able to boost it.

Choose a plain red background, I haven't tested with any of the other gradients (the ones with graphics), so I am not sure if that could be the case here.

Hello Kyle

Thank you for this great video. I will be trying this strategy once I get some money together.

I also want to try something else I have seen to which is I get a pop up whenever I post or schedule a post on Facebook saying I can boost my post and reach up to 1600 people for $35. I'm thinking I will give that a try at some point to.

I'm currently working on trying to reach more people organically because my posts are barely reaching anyone and I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Are there any videos on WA about what I can do to improve my Facebook page and posts to reach more people organically?

Thank you again for this great video. I look forward to watching more of your videos. All the best to your success.

Regards

Timothy

That's all I am doing here, is boosting a post. One thing to consider is that most "boosted" posts don't get this sort of reach or interaction. If your post requires people to go off and read something, to watch a video of any length, or to read something of length....or feels like a big promo, it won't get much interaction (and likely get lots of flaming and spam).

Facebook doesn't offer you much reach without paying them unfortunately these days, and you see even people with significant followings of 100,000's of followers, getting 10 comments on valuable posts. So that is normal.

I hope this offers you some insight here.

Hello Kyle

Thank you for your reply. I like your insights and find the quite helpful and interesting.

I guess I will just continue what I'm doing for the time being and keep sharing content on my Facebook page while also working on my website and let things happen naturally.

Thank you again for your reply. All the best to your success.

Regards

Timothy

No problem Timothy, happy to help you out. And yeah, you can continue sharing as it will lead to some reach, just don't over-invest your time there as your time would be better spent elsewhere (working on content, building out your website, engagement, and other SEO side activities).

Hello Kyle

Thank you again and I will make sure not to spend too much time on social media. My main priority is writing content on my website and I will make sure to keep it that way. Thank you again for your help. All the best to your success.

Regards

Timothy
