Just wanted support to know that I am logged back in. After being locked out for hours after I reset chrome, trying to get the JavaScript enable so my site content could be ana
I used to be able somewhere on my dashboard see two tabs one of them was my .htaccess editor, but I can no longer see it. I need to activate the "keep-alive" function
You know screw it! I'm so sick of WP telling me I need to do this or I need to do that without giving any instruction on how to do it other than providing the 'code' you need to plug in!
If they don't like my website taking 2 seconds to load then they can fix it!

You'll need to use FTP to access .htaccess and you'll want to be absolutely sure you know what you're doing or you could break your website.

This is the 3rd ticket I have put in on this. My browser says it is because of siterubix, but I don't even have a siteruix website, I deleted them after I got the first message
Are you talking about the webmail here on WA? My guess is that the SSL certificate doesn't match exactly the domain which is what's triggering it. It happens sometimes especially with hosting and the various domains/subdomains.
I don't really use chrome that much, so I've never seen it say that it will block site permanently. Usually it just lets you use an exception. Try searching for "chrome security exception". Also even if chrome blocks it you'll still be able to use another browser like firefox to access it.
Also when you say that this is your "third ticket", do you mean your third question here? This is isn't actually site support. If you haven't contacted them yet you can do so at:

OHHH.... sorry I don't actually use the webmail here very often. On other hosts it's a subdomain of the webhost. Here it appears to be a subdomain of your site. Try taking the "s" out of https and just go to http://webmail.example.com

My email server is not secure so my browser will not let me access any of my emails. Right now I need access as I need to verify and account.
same problem . WA server. My site has SSL but now the email account does not . Also cant log into one of my accounts. I can access customerservice@employeenomore but not marcus@..
I think it is an SSL problem
Is there more information you can give us? I feel like we need more details. The best way to protect communications is to encrypt them. which email server do you use? Gmail is probably the most user friendly
