Today it is about the Thing called "INNER PEACE"
Today, I had a bit of a struggle to keep my inner peace and let go off what was challenging me, in the first place.
Eventually I succeeded to keep my inner peace. But, because of this personal revelation, I thought, I will share, what I think, could be of some useful wisdom to everyone.
Well, you are being the Judge of this!
That's more than true! Always focus on how and what you think, because the thoughts you are having will either uplift you, or bite you sooner or later in... you know what.
Let;s be honest on that, we all do struggle in letting go off stuff, which we do know isn't good anymore, or has lost its usefulness.
And still we are hanging on, but why?
It is mostly the Fear of the unknown, what will come next? Will it get worse, or do I see finally some Light at the end of the tunnel?
Having some healthy spiritual beliefs and or religious faith, certainly can help to make the right choices. But still, we have to do them, no one else can do them for us.
Oh, of course, there are always the other ones to blame when we don't feel good. But, I have to warn you that this blaming game has a catch 22.
This catch 22 is the truth, that when you let someone else taking away your inner peace, it is only because you have let them taking it.
Plain and simple. It is always how we react to someone's behaviour.
Sometimes we just have to quiet our busy mind to hear the real truth about everything we have an interest for.
This certainly can be achieved by everyone, no special skills needed.
Meditation is always one of the best tools there is. But going for a walk in Mother Nature's gardens, or doing some gentle exercises, will do the same; it will quiet your mind.
When you exercise quietness, you might find it odd though that silence actually can be so loud.
Yes, silence can be loud, but only because you haven't quiet your mind first.
Be patient though, it will come eventually. :)
So my friends here at WA, before you think of World Peace and protest, or march for it; start creating and finding inner peace first, in yourself.
See yourself as a foundation in this world.
Before an architect can build, he has to make sure, that the foundation is strong and solid.
This too goes for World Peace.
We have to be in peace with ourselves first, than make peace with our immediate family, friends, co-workers, boss, neighbours, community etc., etc.
You know the rest from here!
Have a great and peaceful Sunday
Love

Thanks Sylvia, this is what we desperately need in today's world of violence and mistrust. I wish these thoughts of yours could get to everyone on earth for consideration and hopefully lead to a better tomorrow.
We all can do it, with our positive energy, being the balance this earth does need so desperately. :)
I must practice my meditation skills, I think I really need to be able to do it at the moment :)
Jude - If you "think" you need to do meditation................then You DO need to do it. I brought my Yoga mat down from our exercise room and put it right in front of my desk for EXACTLY this reason!
Very true Steve. I just find it difficult to empty my mind - boy there's some rubbish in there! :)
Tell me about it. And it takes time to get RID of that rubbish, but meditation is the ONLY way know to defeat the monster! Sending positive vibrations your way (via Richard Branson's Hot Air Balloon)
If you get a chance and have the time (ha, ha) read his book "How I lost my Virginity" not what you think...........it is a reference to his Virgin Company empire.
All the best my friend !
Friends take care of friends!
Always here for you, 24/7/365........if things get tough feel free to call. We ALL need someone to be able to vent to and discuss things. Ask our Norwich Terriers Mason and Dixon........I have had some fascinating philosophical conversations with them, and they listen REALLY well. Mason doesn't like Socrates that much, so I usually talk about Aristotle with him.
Take care, my friend!
