EPP codes are required for transferring domains only, not the sites themselves. If your site is a WordPress site, you can use WPClone to grab a copy of your site, and then update the DNS at your current Registrar to the new host; or, if you site is a traditional website, access the files via FTP and make a local copy. Again, update the DNS at the registrar and upload the files to your new host. EPP codes are prohibited during the first 60 days of domain ownership.

Mel has explained about the EPP code.
Is your site a Wordpress website? If so, have you considered moving your hosting to WA?
Of course you are free to use whatever hosting service you wish, but hosting is included in the Premium membership.

No, Who can I contact in WA for the transfer. Actually, I would like WA to take over the hosting if only I have someone to talk to.
I will appreciate it if you can give me a clue on how to go about it.
Thanks. Emmanuel.
If your site is not on WP, you can still ask support whether it is possible to transfer it. It depends on what type of website you have and how willing you are to do the extra work needed to convert it to WordPress.
Put in a support ticket and give enough information about your website, where it is currently hosted, what platform it is built on, etc and ask them what will be involved.
I suggest you leave the domain name registered where it is.
Contact Site support via a support ticket and give them enough information so they can answer accordingly.

Thanks Judebanks,
Yes, my website is based on WP.I will try to forward a support ticket to site support.
As I mentioned in my earlier mail, The company that is currently hosting the site have no direct contact with me. This is the reason why I want to move my website from them.
