Do you look back on your Accomplishments?
Usually, I do and usually it does feel good what I have accomplished. Not so much for this week.
I had my plans and schedule for the whole week, but I felt, let's say, under the weather.
I couldn't really concentrate on what I was doing, I felt displaced in so many ways.
I have to explain this a bit.I am a HSP, meaning: a "Highly Sensitive Person" also known as an "Empath". I am being this my whole life but since I am getting older just ignoring it or covering it up doesn't work as well as it used to.
I can feel energies around me and when something is in the air, like a full moon, I surely can sense it for days to come.
Anyway, you can believe me or laugh at me it doesn't matter I know who I am and I know myself well.
Therefore, when something hits me like it did this week and slows down my ability to be productive I don't panic anymore because I do know that I am back quicker you can say the letter A.
I like to share this with you because I also do know that it isn't just me and there are a few of us out there who are sometimes have not such a great week/day either and like to criticize themselves way too harsh.
Don't do it, you are not lazy or crazy.
When you still can feel the passion inside of you then there is nothing to be worried about, you will be back in no time, just give yourself a bit of the same.
In my case, after I went through a spell like this, I do feel much more productive and things are going much quicker as they have before almost making up for the miss out time.
Things always will look up again. Trust me :)

Hi Sylvia,
I know how you feel. I felt like that the other day, for me it was an empty feeling. I even posted an article about it on my website. I prayed and called my spiritual mother and she talked to me about it. The feeling subsided some, and I'm back to my old self.
It does happen, not many people understand it. You can get a lot of negative feelings just out of the blue. You just have to know how to combat them to suit your particular circumstances. I'm glad to know you are doing better and back doing what you enjoy.
Have a good weekend, take care my friend.
Mary
