Did you miss me?
Hiya...
I've been a little diverted lately as our motel business ramps up for our peak season, which has meant I haven't had as much time to spend on my online business or WA in the last few weeks.
Today I managed to crank out a post for my website and while on a roll, I thought I'd drop a quick update here on WA.
So did anyone miss me? ... just a little??
Or perhaps you didn't even notice my absence LOL
Whether you did or didn't is really rather irrelevant, but one thing's for sure... I missed YOU!
Yip, I've REALLY missed the mentor-ship, community support and motivation of my fellow WA members. That's right, it's amazing how much motivation and inspiration is to be had here, simply through checking out the chat and reading the blog posts and success stories of other WA members.
Surprisingly, it doesn't matter that I'm in a different time zone to the majority of members on here. There always seems to be someone to chat to, get feedback from, or to help with my blog through the give and take threads for comments and ideas.
As things get more hectic at the lodge over the next three months, I'm more determined than ever not to let my commitment to my online adventures fall by the wayside. Checking in regularly with my peeps here at WA is definitely one way to achieve that.
After all, there is a life beyond being chief bread maker and dishwasher, right?

Life is good! Busy even though I'm retired. Go figure.
Been working with the Teddy Bear to build a membership website. Getting my site ready has been a major task--lots of writing since it is a writing membership site. However, that's part of life. Nothing comes for free.
Sure good to see your smile on WA. Really glad that you are busy with your business! It's when we're not busy that the cash register doesn't jingle. Blessings.

ive put my sports site on hold a little to get 2 other ones up to speed, busy with design at the moment, I will re edit and repost sports site with current knowledge which should hopefully prove better rankings on all

Hi Ariel - OMG you are so right! I need to take notes about some of the funny things that happen here. I reckon there's a good book to be written about running the lodge - we meet some very interesting and DIVERSE people from all walks of life that's for sure. Thanks for the hugs, back at ya! Karen x

Oh, yes, I would definitely miss being here if I was away for any period of time. WA is now built into my lifestyle and part of my routine multiple times a day.
That bread looks delicious too, by the way.

Those loaves really do look viciously good, Karen.
Please carve out a few minutes each week for a motivation recharge at least. You should get a small return on that time investment even in the motel biz, I would imagine...
