Motivation and Inspiration
I read about having a vision board from someone here on WA today. And I thought that was a great idea. As I delved into it, I thought about it and wasn’t sure how I wanted to do it. There’s really no place to put one in my house. My computer setup is right in the living room and we have it very decluttered. So I thought I might put some things on my computer wallpaper. Not a bad idea as I have pictures in my desktop wallpaper scrolling through pictures every thirty seconds.
But I don’t always keep it on. So....not that great if it’s not on.
A little more thought put into it. Scrolled through Pinterest and found some great quotes. I still don’t look at Pinterest every day though.
So, what to do????
Well, even when I’m at work I get a few moments free to check WA. If nothing else, I usually try to check out some training every day and read the inspiration that others have to offer.
Because I look here just about every day, I wanted to put up an inspirational message to refer to as much as possible

I think I am going to be adding these quotes to my wallpaper as well. Anything to help constantly inspired and motivated!

I created the second image in Canva. I used a Pinterest pattern and wrote the quote. But my mistake I couldn’t size it down to get the full image here. (Was done from my phone during break time). So had to crop it when I added it to the blog. But it turned out.
When you go to write your blog, at the top of the pop up page there’s little icons. One is a little image of a mountain with a moon or something like that. Click on that. You’ll have to know where you want exactly the line to put your picture on, but you can upload it from your phone, edit it a very little and then post it.

This is a great idea for the quotes, maybe get a large portfolio book and story board in it. It would take up a lot of space, you can add more pages as needed. Then it is a book that you can go back over for inspiration. It could be very similar to peoples memory albums they make, but yours would be the storyboard. Not sure if you are near a Hobby Lobby but you can get portfolios there. I am a photographer and I have them set for clients to look at, I have booth 11X17 and 13x19. Hope this helps.

Find a symbol so that your one long-term goal is with you at all times. Get it as a ring, a necklace, a tattoo, a mantra or anything else that you can use to trigger a reminder.
Make the symbol unique to you and place it everywhere, that way it can be tiny and unnoticeable to anyone besides you. The more often you focus on the thing you want more than anything else, the more it will be what you train yourself to gain.
Vision boards are great but you can also make a video, slideshow, audio mp3, that helps you condition yourself to tolerate things you wouldn't normally handle.
The most essential thing to understand is that your mind is the key thing that will be helpful in your journey, so optimize it all that you can to improve it each day.
