The Best Way To Invest Money Is In What?
Here's the question of the day: "The best way to invest money is in what?"
You won't hear me talking about stocks or books here :)
I'd say, my personal best investment was in this wonderful online training centre called Wealthy Affiliate.
And guess what, I didn't even have to take out my credit card because it was FREE to get started!
I knew I wanted to explore online opportunities and I took my chance to test-drive the ENTIRE platform for free as a Starter Member here at Wealthy Affiliate.
I remember how quickly I got excited when I went through the first course: Online Entrepreneur Certification 10-Lesson Course: FREE for ALL Wealthy Affiliate Members!
Awesome first lessons, no?

I created my first free website with SiteRubix platform, I went through all 10 lessons and two days later I was actually DESPERATE to become a Premium member :)
Given that the first month was only $19 with the special discount from Kyle and Carson, it was an easy decision.
A month has passed, and I still loved the community (although I did feel overwhelmed having so much information available to me!). I decided to try the second month for $47.

During the second month, I believe, I had my own domain and I followed the training and created content for my website.
I didn't give up.
I knew I am going to make it work.
I knew that there is NO BETTER PLACE than Wealthy Affiliate, with it's wonderful training, exceptionally helping members, PERSONAL help from it's founders, Kyle and Carson, excellent support system and the easiest way to build a website (with no technical knowledge on my part!).

After 3 months at Wealthy Affiliate, I found out that I could also make money by helping the community members with training tutorials.
Say what!
I thought this was a brilliant idea.
People get to help each other, get paid for their contribution, Kyle and Carson focus on the bigger, more challenging questions AND it is a great bonus for those who don't start making money in their first 3 months (and usually, people really don't make money in the first 3 months).

Anyway, after 5 months I got my VERY FIRST commissions. First money made online! Whoooo!
That was exciting and I decided to continue NO MATTER WHAT!
...
And here I am, more than a year later, still working, still learning, still connecting, still making money online.
Let's get back to the question:
"The best way to invest money is in what?"
That's right, in Wealthy Affiliate!
As was said by Ben Franklin, "An investment in knowledge pays the best interest"!

Now those of you who are completely new to WA community, don't give up!
Connect with people, ask questions, get help and, more importantly, FOLLOW THE TRAINING!

Great post Zarina! In my experience, while knowledge is certainly powerful, it is how and if we use it that determines the outcome.
Learning and taking action become the two most powerful factors of success and certainly in WA, once we apply the goldmine of knowledge here, well, the possibilities are endless!
Definitely - what use can knowledge do, if we don't do anything about it?
That's why all successful people focus on taking ACTION. Not worrying about perfection, not thinking about making mistakes - but start to actually do something.
I will be honest, just like many of us, I procrastinated a lot more last year than I should have (well, frankly I had serious family issues at the time and I was too tired to focus on online stuff too) - but now that things are all good, I am ready to rock and roll!
And actually will go through the training from the beginning gain, in case I missed or forgot some important information.
Glad to be a part of this community with amazing people from all over the world!
And hopefully Vegas soon ;)

Sorry to hear about the family issues Zarina, but it is great to hear things are ok now. I can relate as I also had family problems last year and I know how that can definitely affect life and work.

Well, even in astrology (if you believe in this) it was said that 2016 will be a hard year both personally and globally. So many crazy things that happened.
I definitely have a feeling 2017 will be a great year. And so far, I am being good at doing the work that I need to do. Your constant support inspires me to move further :)

Anytime! My mother studies astrology as well as other similar topics and I do remember her saying similar things about last year.
I do believe in that kind of stuff, certainly there's tons of things in this world and outside we can't explain so anything is possible in my opinion.
WA was certainly the best investment I ever made. It's easy to see it as a cost rather than a investment in the beginning. But when you see the true value WA offers you quickly realise that it's a great investment.

In the beginning, it does feel like a cost, especially with all the scams on the internet, people are just scared to try new programs and/or platforms.
If only they knew how wonderful this community is!
I seriously love this place. (And I NEVER liked to be in online communities, forums, groups whatsoever - if I tried to, I wouldn't last long).
I agree - I wish I had discovered WA earlier!
Like every place some here have done very well, some average, and a few completely neglect.
The best part is that average performers here are better than anywhere else!

But see, you never know - everything happens for a reason! I have a bit of story about this "happens for a reason" that's related to WA too but I'll save it for another post :)
I truly believe Wealthy Affiliate is one of a kind! I am excited to meet other WA members and its founders in the future :)
