Hi all,

I am trying to set the DNS servers with WA hosting at Godaddy.. but it's not working :( I tryed almost everything.
I put the two name services what I got fro

Hi Jude, still have the same problems unfortunately..
I think there is some 'technical' problems with my domain..
So have to call the GoDaddy help desk, after the holidays:(

Sorry to hear that. Perhaps do a Whois domain search to make sure that you are shown as the registered owner of that domain.

I've never had to put in the IP address, just the ns1.mywahosting.com and ns2.mywahosting.com Make sure that there are no other nameservers listed - just use the 2 given and delete any others that are there.

The 2 things I can think of are:

1. Did you remember to add the domain name here at WA
in the field provided for this purpose. If so, do you see the domain listed underneath?

SEE SCREENSHOT.

2. Perhaps double check that you have spelled the WA DNS address correctly in GoDaddy. It's easy to miss a letter or create an extra space.
