In your shoes, I'd explore using the WooCommerce plugin and consider adding a new category to the site, perhaps called "Glass Art" or even "Glass Shop."

Thanks all who responded. Lots of good information. I did not know the differences in purpose between the two. I just knew it was easier to navigate working on my site with all in one seo . And I always go to Google.search console directly for that info anyway. I only have a few posts on the sitw I want change so It doesnt seem to impactful bases on feedback. And you right about being pestered. I will check out Rank Math as well.

Keep in mind that an SEO plugin is just a plugin. Ultimately, your choice of keywords and compelling content would rank you in the search engines. And that they are searchable and can resolve your target audience's pain points.

AIO pesters you to death with emails from themselves and monster insights buddies.
I am a fan of Yoast and I have had a great learning experience with them and I have upgraded, but Richard and Dave know there stuff too
I would not choose the AIOSEO over the SEO framework as it is not bloated. Setting Your Website Up for Search Engines (Using The SEO Framework) Also, if you choose the AIOSEO, the standard version will suffice, and you will not need to install MonsterInsights.

Site Kit and AISEO have completely different purposes, so why would you do that?
To answer your question more directly:
1. You can remove Site Kit, but if you want to use GA and GSC analytics you'd need to set them up in a different way either through another tool or manually. Perhaps you're thinking you can do that with AISEO?
2. WA's recommendation, for general SEO monitoring and guidance is SEO Framework, in preference to AISEO, because AISEO constantly markets Monster Insights for analytics. I prefer Rank Math because it presents information in a way that I find more useful.
3. I know that many SEO tools include analytics nowadays. Rank Math was among the first to do this. But I find that going directly to GA and GSC is more effective and just as efficient, so I don't use the analytics function in Rank Math and rarely look at Site Kit.

I recently toured a glass factory and took video with both an android phone and an I-phone. I downloaded both pics and videos from both phones to my computer by USB connection
Do you know what format they are in? If in .mp4 format, you may want to upload them to YouTube first and then embed them in your blog.

some are in mp4 format some say MOV . I downloaded from my android phone and my wifes Iphone. But some after downloading to my pics wont show up even in the folder I put them in . they sort of disappeared. what is this upload to you tube? I normally just have to click on the add image icon in site content where I am writing and select a file. are videos different? I do not know how to do anything with you tube. Never used it for anything.
Uploading directly to your wordpress can hinder site speed. It is better if upload to a YouTube created channel and embed shared in your blog

What I would do is first ask Site Support to create a staging siterubix subdomain. Then I'd create the look I want and finally change the content by removing anything not required then start adding new until ready to ask Site Support to update my main site.
Time efficient? Well, whatever you do will take the time it takes.
