Right now, I'm trying to finish my first blog and needless to say, I'm very excited. I want to thank all my friends in WA for their help, mentoring, and encouragement with this. Now, I always put part of myself in every project I do and, this is no different. I believe I can help people who suffer from chronic joint pain and Fibromyalgia by sharing my story. I will be offering all the tips, exercises, and everything else I've learned with dealing with this every day and I'm pretty sure that there are people out there who can share their tips on how to survive chronic painful conditions so, we can help each other.
