Is your heading grabbing your reader's attention?
Hi friends,
I read a blog post recently and found a discussion about article headings and blog post headings. Some writers do not want to add a heading to their posts. Some feel that they cannot create a good heading so they leave their post without a heading. For search purposes, that is a critical mistake.
Headings or headlines create the first impression of your readers. A heading gives a critical point where your reader decides whether they should continue to read, the rest of your post or article.
Headings you can tie in with your keyword and your website, sets you off to a great start with search engines.
Always write a heading for your blog post and then ask yourself: Is this heading representing what I am writing about?... and will it grab my readers' attention?
Here is a link to a quick lesson on "how to write great headings". You can also test your headings at this site.
