Hey John, have you gone into your account and cancelled your billing - you are still showing as a premium member.
it might be worth copy and pasting this into the contact apge

after selecting billing.
or sending it to kyle via email.
the one problem is that the affiliate would have been paid in april, so are they going to lose your affilaite fee?
this is something you really need to take up persnally with Kyle or the management within wa.

Hi - ordinarily, there are no refunds. It is covered in the terms and conditions, that by signing up to a premium account, you agree to automatic, recurring payments. As Phil (@feigner) has said, only Kyle can decide if you have a good reason for a refund.
Unless you cancel the membership yourself by going into your account settings, this will continue to happen.

I think you can turn all of you pages and posts back into drafts, but I would just fix it with recaptch

In the add media area, all my photos for all pages are all in one large folder, can I create sub folders to store specific photos for their relevant places?
There is nothing in WordPress that will do that. You can click on a checkbox in the Settings>>media (I believe) that will break down your downloads into month and year folders.

Hi All, I am receiving emails from addresses where it looks like other peoples names are inserted into an email address with my domain name for example pasted below it inserted
Hmm. I don't know if that's an issue with your website hosting or with your registrar. I'd contact both and have them look into the issue.

If they're using your domain name as an email address, that's something that needs to be fixed ASAP

Seems like you have the virus infection still sitting on your system. I assume that you have deleted that email from your inbox.
Do you run an antivirus product? If so, check it to see what it is doing, it may have actions listed for you to take.

yep I have Avast on my pc but cant imagine how that would relate to incoming spam mails generated via my own domain name? I have just submitted a ticket to WA Support team and hope they can advise me further, all the best. John
