I've paid to get upgraded to Premium about 5 hours ago and i still haven't had conformation. Can anyone tell how long this process takes please?

We are looking into this issue for you here. It appears that there has been an issue with the merchant processing with your particular transaction, we are investigating and will get you sorted.

If you called the bank and don't see any transaction, it might not have gone through. Were you able to reach a page saying "congratulations" or receive any emails like that?

Kyle/Carson would be the ones to talk to but it sounds like something didn't process properly.

Hi Nathaniel. I checked the hole in the wall (Cash Point) and it showed that the cash had gone out. The page i got to said 'Processing' but just stayed there. I could pay again but i don't think that would be wise just in case there is a problem my end or WA's end.

Yeah, you're right. It may just take a bit for WA to verify. If you see the cash has gone out and have a confirmation number or something like that, Kyle will definitely be able to sort this out for you. Let me know how it goes.

Will do Nathaniell. It seems to me like it's just stuck on processing. I thought it may be the conversion from pound sterling to dollar but that seems unlikely in this day and age doesn't it. I'll give it till tomorrow and try again. Kindest regards. John
