I had purchased a domain from namecheap & understand that must pay yearly for continuous.
My question is who should I pay to? Namecheap or WA?
Thanks in advance!
When I bought my Domains at NameCheap.com, I paid NameCheap.com with PayPal. They sent me info via email, so I assume they will ask me if I want to renew before my year runs out. I don't remember if the Domain automatically renews. Anyways, I paid WA and NameCheap separately. When you buy a Domain at NameCheap.com, I am sure all of your questions will be answered better. Hope this helps! Good Luck
If you bought it from namecheap you paid for the first year when you bought it.
They will notify you when it is due again. :)
You are hosting your site here right?
Yes. so I'm not sure where to pay for the yearly for my domain then,
but now I get all the info/answer from all of WA members. Thks!

Hi Grace,
If you log into your account at Namecheap, you can set the domain to "auto renew", which will mean that your domain will renew automatically each year, without you having to do anything. The cost of the domain renewal fee will automatically be paid by your chosen payment system, (the payment method you chose when you first registered the domain). All domain registrars have an "auto renew" feature, it is easy to set up, it is usually just a matter of selecting "auto renew" by putting a tick in a box. If you ever decide that you don't want to renew a domain, you can deselect the "auto renew" feature by un-ticking the box.
Hope this is helpful.
All the best,
Brandon

Well from my perception of what I saw in this link, you may want to clear your cache from your All programs and then go to accessories and click on command prompt. Then just type ipconfig/flush/dns and hit enter. Done deal.
Hope that helps.
Kim
When you go to bring up all your programs for your computer system (for instance microsoft word and other icons from your main screen), you then just select all programs, when that comes up go to appearance in the list, then enter that and select command prompt. You should get a black screen with white letters. Where the cursors flashing just type in ipconfig/flush/dns and hit enter, then done.

My website currently having few issues:
1. "Add to cart" was missing in the product page which for variable product
2. "Qty" scroll down part missing in the product
Oops! Sorry, Grace, I cannot help with this one, I would think that working on WP 4.0 to correct would be less work than reinstalling 3.9 and risk when you upgrade to 4.0 having the same problem all over again...but I still don't how to tell you to solve the situation you have now!
Did I see you got it figured out? Good news! I was going to suggest Woo Commerce Support, too. As usual, the plug-ins are the culprits!
Hi,
I found out the problem. Some of the pages has been moved to trash.
I just restore & everything going well now.
Thanks!
It is not a stable system and even if you get it it work this time, chances are it won't in a fortnight
Hi,
I have found this solution for :Variable products won’t add to cart
But I'm not sure where the theme directory, can anyone help?
"Because some themes still bundle old files for the add to cart template being used for variable products, adding a variable product to cart fails. This should be solved by the theme developers by updating the template file.
A quick solution is to delete this file from your theme directory:
/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variable.php
This will make WooCommerce use the new bundled template file and your variable products will add to cart again. Once your theme developer updates your theme, please check if it actually works as that will overwrite this change again."
You can do that via FTP. Here's a tutorial for how to use FileZilla:
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/ftp-filezilla-connecting-to-domain-via-ftp
Once your connected via FTP, look on the upper right side of your screen for:
httpdocs, and then below for the wp-content/theme directory
Look for your file in the theme directory.
When you find the file, before deleting it, download a copy to your computer in notepad - in case you need to put it back.
Refresh your site and see if it worked.
If you are not feeling confident with this, I suggest you put in a support request to WA hosting for assistance.

No, don't re-install WP 4.0. The problem is more likely to be one of your plugins. Check your plugins and make sure they have been upgraded to comply with WP 4.0.
Your best bet is to go to the Woo Commerce Support area and ask for help there. Mention that you are using the Mystile theme.
Perhaps browse the support section to see if anyone else is having similar issues to yours.

Thks Jude. I will search again.
I already search through whole nite but cant get the answer. maybe too sleepy de :)
It would not hurt to post your question at the Woo Theme Support. Someone else might have had the same issue.
Do you have a Cache plugin? If so, try turning Cache off and see if the problem persists.

Hi Jude,
Thanks for the advice.
I finally solve the problem by deactivate all the plugin & activate one by one to find out which was incompatible with my theme/WP.
Thanks again!
Grace
You will always get these problems with an update and you should always have the most up to date themes and plugins
Hi,
Before I update to WP4.0, I already update all the theme & plugin (as the tips & advices from others members). I did backup as well.
But, now it's seems not working.
You can always use version of WP that works. Updates are sometimes not good for the theme you are using as some themes are phased out. And some updates may be incompatible for the theme you are using.

Hi Grace,
I think everything will get resolved by support. "Loes" produced a motivational post which might help you feel better, here is the link: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/loes/blog/once-in-a-while-you-need-some-motivation
All the best,

Was there any theme updates that were available as well? If so and if you can still can access your WP-admin area, make sure you make the theme updates.
Some theme owners don't keep up to date with the WP updates and this can happen as a result, but it would surprise me if WooCommerce was one of these. If you cannot get your website working properly again, I do suggest you submit a hosting ticket.
I suggest creating a hosting support ticket here:
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support
You can also find this within the Build My Website page under the "Support Tickets" tab. This is where you should go if you ever have loading issues with your website or if you accidentally do something that adversely impacts your website.
This support is 24/7 and upon submitting your ticket we will look into it right away Grace!
Hi Kyle,
Thanks for your prompt reply.
Yes, all themes & plugin has been updated before wordpress 4.0.
