Doing the happy dance! :-

Was being bombarded by WA e-mail, so went in and changed the settings. Was getting over 150 e-mails every day and couldn't catch up. Went in and changed the settings, so now it is more manageable, but maybe I set it wrong and not getting enough e-mails.

The thing is, at least here, you don't have to come out with a big amount right away and can pay by the month. I know it will take time and I am patient, because I know it will pay off in the end.

Things are progressing slowly, but now that I have the e-mails under control, I can spend more time on my website. Still have to make sure I get my site backed up, before I update to the new version of WordPress.

That saying I am a little behind on bills, not much, but I wanted to get my car license renewal paid, which was due in January. Don't drive my car a lot, but now that the weather is finally warming up here, I want to use it a little more. Wasn't too keen about driving it in the winter anyway, but even though I am able to keep up with my bills, with my disability check, buying the car takes another bite out of my check. I hate to sell it.

Anyway I wanted to borrow $500, from the Credit Union here, so I could pay a couple bills and buy a few things I needed. I waited until I got things going pretty good here, so I would have something to convince them to give me a loan.

I want to have a little bit of a cushion, so I am not scraping by each month. I sent the information to the lady I deal with and I got the loan! When I went to sign the papers, she had more good news for me.

My credit score went up to 601 and because I have been paying 2 collection agencies for 3 different credit cards, they were able to drop my rate down to 13.8%. It had been over 18% before, so my credit score went up, my loan interest went down, she put the car loan on 30 months, so my payment went from $183 to $180 a month.

I tend to worry too much, even though I know I shouldn't and that it don't do any good, but I can't help it. The good credit news made me feel great! I wanted to get the loan, so I can continue building my website and not having that on my mind all the time.

I also had problems with a lady across the hall from me, trying to tell me my dog is always barking. People here call and complain to the Apartment Manager, but don't talk to me first and let me know when he is supposedly doing that. Either I have him or Roy across the hall has him.

I am making up a notice, to put on the bulletin boards telling people here to call me, if my dog is annoying them, let me know what it is, so I can see what I can do about it. It could only be 1 day a week, on Sundays, when he might be here by himself for about an hour, maybe 1 1/2 hrs, when I go to this little restaurant with a couple friends. The lady across the hall tried telling me he was barking and howling for 2-3 hours, which I am never gone that long at any time. Now I will see what happens.

Makes me mad that the Manager assumes these people are telling the truth, then gets on my case because people are complaining. I don't think she even asks them if they talked to me. Talked to one of the guys here, who has a dog, which my dog gets worked up about and said not to worry, he is trying to get them to slowly accept each other.
