Happy New Year, WA Family
Help Me Pick the Best Cover for “From Student to Scholar"
We are stepping into 2026, and I am starting it with a serious academic question.
Which cover looks more professional?
I have two versions for my upcoming Kindle pre-order:
A was created with Image Studio (Wealthy Affiliate).
B was created with ChatGPT-5.2.
I like both, but I also know this: the internet can humble a man in public, and I would rather be humbled by WA friends than by Amazon shoppers.
- Cover A (Image Studio)

- Cover B (ChatGPT-5.2)

Vote in the comments: A or B?
And tell me why, in one or two sentences. Think thumbnail first, then full size. Which one looks cleaner, clearer, and more “buyable” at first glance?

Happy 2026 John! May you be blessed in all your endeavors!
I like Cover B better mainly because it is gender neutral and can appeal to both male and female viewers.
Robert
Hi John,
I prefer the second option because it feels much brighter and the color tone is warmer. It comes across like a warm invitation to study. The first one is too dark.
I wish you a Happy New Year 2026, filled with many projects and achievements.
Greetings,
Diana.
Welcome John I have a party to go to in the afternoon my time so be here and there for a little while
Hi John, I prefer #2, whilst both cover the idea that you are projecting, B provides more information towards the idea you are looking to project. Cheers ^_^
No problem John. Happy new year to you and your family. Hope 2026 is a great year for you
Happy New Year, John! 🎉
Both covers have their strengths, but if I had to pick one, I’d go with Cover B (ChatGPT-5.2). It looks cleaner and more professional at first glance, and the text stands out well even in thumbnail size—which is key for catching attention on Amazon. Cover A is nice, but the design feels a bit busy, which can make it harder to read quickly.
Would love to hear what others think too!

I prefer B because 1) I don't like the huge white headline in A
2) I like the specific benefits in B 'Read with purpose' etc.
Thanks a lot, Isabella. B won the elections now. I'll use it. The book comes out in February. I needed this support back in 2012. I didn't have it!
Images are so much easier to come by now. And when you have two to compare, it's easy to choose one.
