If you have been following my blogs and read my Advanced Twitter Training, then you probably know that I absolutely love Twitter and the marketing aspects that it offers.
Tonight, the fandom that I been taking apart of, had their live charity event of their show. 55,000 sold out crowd + live streamed + big screen outside for the other 7,000 that couldn't get into the arena.
The event raised 14 million peso, which equals to around $300,000 USD. The charity is to build libraries all across their country for children to gain access to more books for learning.

The Hashtag #ALDubEBTamangPanahon was trending during the event. 28 million tweets for the event with still more coming in. It was estimated to hit 36 million but I think it will only get around 30, maybe a little over.
In 17 tweets I was able to attain 985 Retweets / 273 Favorites / 185 New Followers
All in around 2 hours of simple work.
