Start with a wow, not a whimper!
It’s up to you... no one can make or break your day but you.
- Distractions? You can say NO! It’s a new word to some...learn it.
- Detractors? Always will be people who tell you it can’t be done...you can do it!
- Hurdles? Jump ‘em. Don’t stand there staring at them...they won’t go away.
- Bad days? Make ‘em better...only you can control what happens.
- Take the lemons' life hands you and make lemonade out of them.
Did you notice what’s is taken off?
IM...did you not see that there is a I at the beginning of impossible...take it off! Possible...start using this word.
When I was a young man in the U.S. Air Force, we had an expression: “The hard things we do immediately...the impossible takes a couple more days”.
I have had many people tell me that my “pie in the sky, by and by” blogs don’t cut it. I need to focus on “how to” blogs. Well, to my detractors, this is a “how to” blog. How to kick yourself in the rear and get moving!
There are plenty who can show you why you can’t do it. I’m here to tell you that you CAN do it. Now, it’s up to you. Get the lead out. One of my friends told me that the “iron in his blood had turned to lead in his pants”! Well, get the lead out!
Whether you like Nike shoes or not, I do like their motto: “Just do it”.
Just do it!
