I am Grateful .Gratitude
The list goes on and on and on..
As a Reiki Practitioner, from the very start we asked to practice Gratitude for every tiny thing in life. In short, be grateful for what we receive from the Universe.
It becomes a habbit now, but why Gratitude is important?
Rober Emmones, Scientific Expert on Gratitude writes - When we show gratitude, it's an affirmation of Goodness. We affirm that there are good things in the World.
Gratitude has many dimensions: Physical, Mental, Emotional, Social, and so on.
On a social level, gratitude requires us to see how we have been supported and affirmed by other people.
Though Gratitude effect positively on physical, social, in family, friends, and marriages,
Do you know that gratitude helps in your workplace also?
Gratitude helps you network.
Gratitude has been shown across a number of studies to increase social behavior.
Those who are more grateful are more likely to help others, and to pay it forward,
that's what we are taught here in wealthy affiliate, right?
I am grateful to Wealthy Affiliate Community, Kyle, Carson and Jay, for giving us such a wonderful platform to work and network with.

As wisdom, the presence of a grateful spirit, is the most healing, enriching and forward moving of all the aspects of self awareness.
I say this for one simple reason; Grateful represents Love's
inherent quality to acknowledge something or someone outside of ourselves as important/contributing to our well being.
This is an elixir not of "What do I get in return" but "What do I receive to return" That which is not of my own but belongs to all of humanity--In a word. Love.
