How do I create a stand alone page on my website? Where this page doesn't show my side bars or top menu?
Not quite sure what you want to do but maybe you are thinking of a "subdomain"?
If it is the case, go to siteRubix under Domains and at the bottom, you'll see 'add a subdomain'.

Like Marion said, it depends on the theme. Look in the customize area of the theme and see if it allows you to choose 1, 2, or 3 columns. You want one.

Hey you just go to create a new page. log in to your website. At the top you'll see +New. Click it and create a page :)

I use GetResponse for an autoresponder. You can use it also to build landing pages, forms, and newsletters.. I use different landingapge builders, i.e. Profit Builder which works with WP, and Landingpages.net.

You should get an email saying that your have earned commission. You can also check at any time as follows
Click on the aeroplane icon and select "My Stats" . The summary will.show you what has been earned during the month even if it hasn't been paid out.
