Focus is a skill, like listening, that requires practice to master. We are distracted many times a day from our family, friends, notifications and much more. One doesn't "in the moment" realize when they say "yes" to a distraction, they are saying "no" to something that really matters. Let's think about this for a second.
If I'm working and doing PRODUCTIVE task to grow my business, and I stop to commit to another non-money making activity- my income stops as an affiliate.
The winners in the world of independent contractors, watch every minute of their working "time slots." I came across a formula that gave me clarity of why I am not at my desired income. Yet at the same time, this helped me tremendously moving forward on how to use my time wisely.

PER MIN FOCUS INCOME: $5.56
Meaning if I allow one hour to be spent on a distraction and not on my business, I have lost $333.60 (5.56 X 60 mins).
