3 Weeks Trip to Asia and Back: An Emotional Rollercoaster

Here’s a long awaited update, Folks.

My epic trip to Asia the past 3 weeks and my return to the US has been one unbelievable emotional rollercoaster, filled with both extreme highs and lows.

All I can say is that it’s been so non-stop crazy, I haven’t even had a chance to sit down and breathe, let alone write one single WA post since 9/27 when I last wrote from Taiwan. This has been my longest period of inactivity at WA in 2 years. As you can see as a result, my WA rank has taken a recent downturn.

But it certainly has been at a cost that has been well worth it.

I’ve since been to Japan, filmed my first You Tube series episode there, then flew back to Taiwan, filmed an interview for the BBC there, and rode the streets on top of a famous motorcade while involved in a historical event.

Obviously, beginning on 9/23 as I last reported, I started out the trip strong writing on my website. However due to the non-stop rollercoaster and our travels the past week it has been almost impossible to post there.

Still, even so overall I ended the SAC challenge period from 8.28 – 10.9 by creating an additional 30 posts.

No sooner than we literally landed and walked off the plane on US soil tonight, at approximately 10:30PM we received unfortunate news.

So now I must unexpectedly leave NYC tomorrow and head north across the border to Canada. I really wish it were under better circumstances.

Nevertheless, over the next week, I plan to cover retroactively the extreme highs and lows we experienced during our trip to Asia and upon our return, the urban adventures, the historical events, and our participation in the news stories we were asked to partake in to catch everyone up on what’s been happening with us.
