There isn't much I can add to responses by Marion and Michael except that I had my website crash and WA support was very helpful in aiding me to successfully re-install it.
They also suggested that, for future protection, to use a plugin, BackWPup. WA support explained that this was their preferred backup method.

You could also send emails using the autoresponder with new and useful information. The emails could carry affiliate links, and you could promote in the ratio 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1, depending on how aggressive a seller you want to be.
