Falling Behind The Schedule Can Be Fun! An Insight

I bet you are guessing something is wrong with the image?! This is Honda's most recent picture.
Yes, a new kitten showed up at our place last Friday and it could be Honda's sister. She is very thin, only bones and skin but not so sick.
We call her Lani what means sky in the Hawaiian for she has beautiful big sky blue eyes. Of course, it took time to get the kittens together for Lani seems to have made bad experiences with other cats.
Sunday's storm kept me busy, so I couldn't do the planned work and did it on Monday.
What am I talking about?! I will come straight to the point.
I'm talking about life. I'm talking about falling behind the schedule, about prioritizing and making decisions every single moment.
Last week I noticed that I was stressed about falling behind my schedule. I was frustrated about almost every interruption I experienced. I have a soft goal having a working/earning website in Spring 2019. And I'm still convinced that I will reach my goal. However, I felt uncomfortable, watching myself pulling a pile of work/undone tasks behind me since I was sick in
December and January.
I couldn't catch up with my work yet. New additional, unexpected tasks added and added almost every day.
I find it important to post about my process because I read many of your posts with the similar topic/issues, and know how important it is to many of us.
What I found out:
I noticed that I was not enjoying my progress anymore. From a super happy learner who is living and working on the magic island of Hawaii and at magic place WA, I started to turn at some point in December to a discontent achiever running behind her schedule.
I didn't enjoy myself so much anymore.
So I started to work on it and improve it.
But the improvements I made weren't enough. I simply felt behind the schedule, whatever I did.
Just yesterday I understood why that was stressing me. And this was really tricky to find out.
I have a habit to work very intense and for a long time. I love when work burns in my fingers. And I feel a high resistance towards any kind of interruptions and not being able achieving goals on time. I know this from my big projects like master and doctoral theses, and other scientific projects, and of course my coaching business. Most of the time I work extremely efficient.
So, what happened?
Improving my working processes, I obviously changed the way how I structure my work but I still kept the old frame, the old definition of how I use to work since I have been a scientist. My mind was still referring to that frame and not to the new and beautiful way I created to balance current happenings and my business goals.
Instead of feeling frustrated I started the Reiki Level 2 I wanted to for so long time, and I started to use the programs I will promote soon.
After letting go the resistance I was able to gain this beautiful insight.
Very grateful for that!!
I can breathe more freely again and feel and enjoy the magic in and around me. The magic that I'm creating here at my place and the magic that we're creating all together at WA and everywhere else.

I understand how you feel. I'm constantly falling behind my schedule. I just want too much.
When I feel stressed out, I take a deep breath and say to myself, do what you can do. I'm just a tiny peace in the Universe, and it will not fall apart, for me not having done this or that today.

Yes, I have quieted my not so pleasant feelings with breathing meditation or - mainly - Ho'opnopono.
But from now on, I want to ENJOY EVERY SINGLE MOMENT IN FULL! Doesn't matter what I do. I know I do only good things.
I desire tears coming in my eyes for I'm overwhelmed by the beauty of my life experience.
Quieting guilty feelings belongs to the past!

Good Morning Jenna,
It is now 2 years that I started with my 2 websites. I know exactly what you mean when saying you were not happy anymore. I have gone through that phase myself but luckily it is now behind me.
Google ranking and related things are not the most important anymore. To get the message out there, have people read it, that is my mission. When I realized that I immediately got more relaxed. I stopped feeling guilty if I do not write as much as I think I should. I forgive myself for doing something else.

Too much stress causes wrinkles, cannot have that as soon I will be 69. Have to battle already with the WA kgs, that is enough!
I am rather busy these days writing Presidents/Prime Ministers. Have emailed many but the list is still long. Putin was a problem. 3 times trying to get my email accepted I was told to come back after 29 Feb. I suppose they first want to check who I am.
Xi Jinping is also problematic, Gmail is trying 48 hours to have my email accepted. Luckily all the others were not such a hassle.
Nearly 20C here, need some sunrays? I will swap for some rain.

Sept, Oct, and Nov were good, the last rain was on 24 Nov. Then nothing till 1 Feb and that is it. Day time temperature close to 20C so this winter is again very mild. Living here since 1981, 2 seasons have gone missing.

We got nice nice rain yesterday and through the night, filled up the rain catchment. Plants are happy and fires less likely!

North-west we had a pretty bad storm last weekend. At the pick of Mauna Kea 190 miles per hour! We got some of it too. It was cold here, really cold (63° F, 16° C) for south-east of Hawaii, and we live about 400 yards away from the water!
The global weather is changing. We feel it here. No rain for 4 weeks! We haven't seen any whales ...

You are the one who has accepted the light given to you which is divine in the love and light and as such has created a magnificent Aura that has grown on a larger scale and still growing.

We are what we think we are.
And I know you know this, and I honor and love you even more - if this possible at all - for letting me see mine part.
I washed little Lani this morning. Last few days she turned from being ok to being really miserable. She doesn't like yet to be touched so much, so I left her alone. We feed the kittens about 6 x a day. They need to refill and they ask often for food. But Lani didn't come everytime and her shape worsened.
I knew I needed to touch her more, like I did with Honda. You would be amazed seeing him, Andre. He is such a beautiful being! After only 6 weeks ...
We took the flea collar off Lani yesterday. I tried to bring her indoors, it was very cold last night. But she resisted.
This morning I washed her, her face and her paws. She had something on her ...
She is so much better now.
I could go to the office at 1pm. It is ok.
Experiencing every single moment in full is it what is about.
I ask God to manifest through me every single moment. But now there are changes, shifts.
Just starting to live in full, I guess!

Hi My fellow light of the world I understand what was stated above even a simple smile or a thank you can mean the world to someone.
That may be a small aspect for one but for the other person receiving this can bring a whole lot more back into life.
Think of Lani she is a kitten a small aspect of life yet for you her presence is a whole lot more than just a kitten that needs some love, nourishing and support.
Lani you know is there for a purpose not for herself but for you and it is working. Continue to do what you do with Lani regardless if she resists at times her soul knows what to do.
Continue to absorb all that you are receiving and know more is to come just make sure it doesn't overpower you in one hit.
We may be souls of the light but we are also Humans with emotions of various kinds that can easily grab hold and challenge us.
Which is also part of our Spiritual journey in life within this Human vehicle to overcome the lower vibrations and raise our vibrations to a higher level that will help us not only on a spiritual level but within the Human body we can raise ourselves for the highest good of humankind.
You are doing just that my dear friend
PS Reiki can be given to Lani as well even from level 1 Use the symbol I gave you at the start along with what you already know.
Animals accept always they know what is for their highest good.

I was able to see the beauty in that sick, dirty and smelly kitten and now the beauty is coming out of her.
She is doing better and also Jeff doesn't mention the shelter anymore.
He is able now to see her getting better.
