I have been trying to use links from Rakuten Marketing. I can see the ads but when I click them they open to a new page but says URL not found. I have tried different ones and
I'm using deep links with no problems

There dozens of affiliate networks out there.
Some others include CJ, ShareASale, ClickBank, JVZoo, FlexOffers, LinkConnector, etc.
You can use the search bar here or Google list of affiliate networks to find more.
Some are more selective than others about accepting affiliates and some may not have merchants that fit your niche.
It's often best to find merchants for your niche as explained in the Certification course Relevant Affiliate Programs are Everywhere

When I say I am new I am new I have never built a website I was doing good until I got to Adsense. I can not figure out how to ad it to my website. I thought I had it figured o
As far as adding them use the video ShuiHyen left you. But I wanted to also let you know that is a possibility they can decline you. But you can keep trying so don't get discouraged if they do.
