Torrid Thursday's Travails Tend To Tire!
Hello everyone here in Wealthy Affiliate!
First, an update from yesterday afternoon: My associate, Tommy Williams showed up and got my truck battery changed out, so that was fantastic!
I was very happy with the result. I also managed to capture a couple of images of the late afternoon sun!
It was truly beautiful, Then the rest of the evening went well. I chatted with my mother and then Monica, and afterwards fell into a deep and fulfilling sleep!
On this new day, I was up pretty quickly! I had to get the new day started, even though it was quite cold with no sun at all.
I immediately jumped into my normal morning foray into the Wealthy Affiliate Community!
That went extremely well to my surprise! Kitty declined to participate today though, but we might see her later in the day!
Mel Waller also called me and we chatted for about 20 minutes. We might chat again later. We shall see.
I had an eBay package to ship this morning, so that was a positive development too!
Then I sat in the truck to make sure the new battery started it! Whew! It did! I let the truck run for about an hour in the morning.
I also caught some images of the new, but dreary day, as well!
Then I ran some errands in town to get them over with!
Getting fuel for the truck, getting cat food, among other things. I figured that I might as well since then I could stay home for the upcoming first Frisatsu of 2024!
Those errands worked out really well, and it didn't take to much time either! I can then rest easy and get some more computer work done this evening, among other tasks, as well! There is never a dull moment here!
Then, I talked to my buddy Kevin on his way to work in Nebraska for the railroad! It was only for about 20 minutes, but that was Great!
When I got back inside, I started cooking some porkchops that I got on the errands today, so I am very happy about that too!
I am very hungry for those--believe me! I will cook all 4 of them, so I have that to look forward to!
With no new jobs forthcoming today either, I was not displeased! The New year has gotten off to a very slow start for me!
We only made it to 36 degrees today. UGH!
Monica called me when her doctor's appointment was over, and I chatted with her for a few minutes. Her kids were not back to school yet, so I let her go and might talk to her later. We shall see! I think that they go back on Monday!
I have a lot of work to do on the computer, and a few more people to talk to, as well.
When Monica was on the phone with me earlier, she informed me that some heavy snow might come on both Monday and Tuesday. Wow! I hope not, but this is, after all, Winter time!
I will be on the computer for a while this evening!
My mother might talked to me tonight too! I will stay up as long as I can to accommodate her!
We will see how the rest of the evening goes! Only time will tell! I still have a lot of things to do ahead of the first Frisatsu!
I hope that everyone is working hard here in Wealthy Affiliate so that we all can succeed!
I TRUST THAT EVERYONE HERE HAD AN EXCELLENT PRE FRISATSU'S EVE! I MUST ADMIT THAT I DEFINITELY CANNOT COMPLAIN AT ALL!

Jeff, my friend, sounds like you had a fun filled day and not snow! This morning at about 9:00 AM, it started to snow and laid down about two inches of the white stuff. Temperature is now up to 34 degrees and the snow flakes are still falling, but they are very small in size. Have a great weekend.

It is snowing here today too, Larry, but the heavy stuff might come in at the first of the week! We shall see!

I was happy to read you got your truck up and running once again. We don't realize how much our vehicles are needed until they are down.
Kitty needs to be more involved. She seems to avoid work as much as possible.
Sorry to hear business is slow right now.
We are supposed to have our first snow storms this weekend and next week. They say we could have three of them back to back.

Not a bad day, even if it was dreary, Jeff.
I got some things done here. My uncle grilled a pork butt and gave us some pulled pork from it. So, I will cook up some tots and that will be supper.
