Super Serene & Simplistic Saturday Successes!

Hello everyone here in Wealthy Affiliate!

I managed to chat with Monica for about thirty minutes, and then she had to go once again. I never heard from her the rest of the night, but I did get good sleep and even watched a few movies throughout the restful evening off and on.

When I woke up about 7 am this morning, it wasn't long before I performed my normal foray into the Wealthy Affiliate Community to get my new day jump-started in the right direction.

Kitty came around too for a bit. Her image was blurry though.

When I got finished with the first run, I went outside at 2 different times to catch images of the new day, including the title image.

We hovered between the 50s and 60s for a bit, so that was nice.

I think we eventually made it into the low 80s.

That is a far cry from the "heat wave" that we had in the middle of August.

I went back inside after that, and did some more computer work. There was always a lot to be done there.

I kept at while while I was waiting for the Kansas State morning football game at 11 am.

Probably about 30 minutes before game time, I cut up an onion and started letting it get sauteed with some butter. This was the foundation for a dish that I concocted.

There would be a can of chili, and some butcher ground beef from my buddy Ron that was still in the freezer, but then got defrosted.

I was already outside listening to the football game, but by game's end, the dish was already essentially done.

It sure seemed to have turned out quite well for something that I cooked on a whim.

Off and on for most of the game, I kept stirring it.

While I was outside having a beer and listening to the game outside, I caught a couple of glimpses of Rocky and one or two of his cronies.

On this last image, his buddy had already climbed up the tree. He is just above the hood on the image, clinging to the maple tree!

I worked more in the WAC during halftime, and between stirring the meal I prepared.

While I was outside, Monica called me at around 12 pm, since she had gone into work at 6 am. That was her lunchtime. I was happy to have heard from her.

We may or may not do something this evening. It all depends upon how everything is going for her. Perhaps a Sonic Blast or something might be in order.

Kansas State won their game convincingly!

Since the game ended just after 2:00 pm, it wasn't long before my buddy, Kevin called me on his way to work at the railroad in Lincoln, Nebraska!

We talked for about thirty minutes, and near the end of the call, I went to lay down on the bed for about 30 minutes.

Kitty was there with me too! I got up from the short nap, and put the finishing touches on this post.

I have a few errands to run before Monica and I decided if we are going to do anything this evening!

Tommy Williams also stopped by for a minute too!

It was really good to see him! He needs me to steer a car that needs a motor put in it over to his shop, so that will be fun!

I TRUST THAT EVERYONE HERE HAD A SUPREME AND SERENE SATURDAY PORTION OF THE LATEST EDITION OF FRISATSU! I HAVE NOT BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH MINE. THERE WILL STILL BE A LOT TO DO LATER.
