New Blog Dog Sweaters (or maybe "Horse Blankets" might be a more Apt description)
With the renewed Arctic Onslaught over the last couple of days, Shadow and Star have needed additional warmth for some time, and my wife has delivered! I was on the computer when she walked into the bedroom carrying Star wearing her new sweater. I told her that Star looked like a stuffed sausage!
A few minutes later, she called me out into the living room where she was holding Shadow in his new 'Sweater'.
It was all I could do not to laugh because she'd bought it a little too big for him and it reminded me of a horse blanket!
It is important for my canine muses to be warm and cared for since they are a primary source of inspiration for a lot of my scribblings here in the WA community!
I know that many of you out there in the Wealthy Affiliate Community have similar fur buddies that assist you in your everyday interactions in Wealthy Affiliate!
That being said, if you were in my position, you would do the very same thing!
Feel free to share any pictures of funky dog or even cat sweaters, or any other hilarious garb or antics you care to.
Even if you don't care to share a photo, at least stop in to say HELLO!

The first time seeing a canine wearing a sweater, I thought it was silly. However over the years, watching a dogs being filmed shivering out in cold weather, it is a logical step in the correct direction to ensure that they are kept warm. A sausage with four legs and a tail?

They both look adorable in their sweaters! I use sweaters for my little Lucy, because she is an old girl and she needs it at night when it gets chilly. it doesn't get as cold as it does in your area, but I like to keep her warm. Mr. Freckles doesn't like sweaters, when I put it on him, he stands still like a statue and doesn't move, lol, so he does not have to wear sweaters anymore ;-)
I had a dog like that--was fine until you put the sweater on, then frozen in place as if terrorized--when you took the sweater off he was fine. Too funny that you have a pet like that too, Christine!
