Hello everyone here in Wealthy Affiliate!

Another day passed, and we finally find ourselves in the glorious month of May on this day--also coincidentally another HUMP day too! That doesn't happen too often.

I got up refreshed, got some coffee made and settled into the morning news feeds and the overnights from the Wealthy Affiliate Community!

When that was completed earlier than usual, it was then time for a quick venture outside to catch images of the new day.

It looked like it was going to be a very fine day, indeed! Wait though, because that changed quickly later, since Kansas weather can change on a dime!

I had one of two jobs scheduled at 10 am. By the time I was ready to go it seemed that all of the weather had changed, and I was getting rained on.

Nevertheless, I still had to go do the job. Believe it or not, this was the SAME day!

I had to go! The drive was not the most pleasant. It was literally pouring down rain at the time.

Soon, I made it there without the Realtor who knew that I was heading there. I got the door unlocked, and then called and texted him later. There was obviously a miscommunication. I had told him I would be there at 10 am, and I was! I got the lock open and called him back.

Then I headed back home. Rain was still pelting down.

I had the occasion to talk to my website collaborator too, so that was very productive, as well.

I prudently stayed at home while the rain continued to pour down so that I could take care of other tasks,

Then, but of course, the weather changed once again. This seems to be a recurring theme. The sun seems to be trying to come back out. We shall see. If it does then I will be headed to the other job, so we shall see how that works out too! Either way, I am not too worried about it one way or another though.

We might catch some more rain later. That is a "wait and see" moment. for the time being.

I might work on the other job later today, but with the constant weather changes, I might decide not to either! That still remains to be seen. Anyway, since I have another errand to run, I will at least go get the key out of the lock box, and see what is going on with it.

I will then see what else needs to be done with that!

There will even be more work on the computer the rest of the day too! I will be back on the computer later! I have to leave and do a couple of tasks!

I TRUST THAT EVERY ONE HERE IN WEALTHY AFFILIATE HAD A VERY EXCITING MAY 1ST HUMP DAY! DESPITE THE WEATHER HERE TODAY, I DEFINITELY FEEL LIKE I DID. IT WAS QUITE INTERESTING THAT THE FIRST OF MAY ALSO TURNED OUT TO BE A HUMP DAY TOO. THAT MIGHT BE A VERY GOOD OMEN FOR A YEAR THAT HAS NOT BEEN THE BEST!
