Hello everyone here in Wealthy Affiliate!

I definitely stayed up late for a variety of reasons! One of the reasons was a surprise evening visit from my associate Tommy Williams!

It was great to see and talk to him after a 2 week hiatus! We talked for over an hour.

Still euphoric over the Chief's AFC Championship win, I channel that to getting some more things done around the house, and got to bed much later than usual!

Of course, because of that, I slept much later than usual to start the new week, and it was Monica calling me around 8:30 am that dragged me out of bed.

Promptly, I dove into the Wealthy Affiliate Community!

So many exciting things are happening daily with the platform. I have not had a lot of time to look at them, but I learn a lot every single day. Kitty was roaming around in the house, but did not venture into the office. I am sure that I will see her later though.

When I was finished with the initial foray into the WAC, I ventured outside and captured some images of the glorious new day, including the title image.

We were getting into the 40s already! WOW! It might just be a great temperate day yet!

I also went in the bedroom, and found Kitty there, seemingly enjoying herself!

I then had a couple of errands to run, as well! The weather was definitely cooperating, so why not?

I got those accomplished in short order. When I got back to the eBay house, I relaxed outside in the truck enjoying the suddenly much warmer weather.

I captured some more images of what was turning out to be a spectacular day.

Surprisingly, I got a call from my Buddy Kevin up in Nebraska. We chatted for about 20 minutes, so that was nice, as well.

When I was done, I went inside, and made some chili with some onions added to it.

I must say that it will likely be the only thing that I eat today! It has and will continue to be, quite satisfying!

Not too long after I started eating it, I received a locksmith job to change a mailbox lock, Believe it or not, we broke 60 degrees today, and that was both refreshing and amazing.

I told them that I would be there in 30 minutes to pick up the new lock.

The job ended up being very fast with the spectacular temps! It was one of the fastest mailbox lock jobs that I have done in my career! I was quite happy about the result!

Since I was only 4 blocks from the locksmith shop house, I went over there to check on things, including the mail!

Everything seemed to be in order! Whew!

When I got back to the eBay house, I continued working on several things there. I am getting a lot of tasks accomplished, but there is still a very long way to go! The progress has been exciting though!

Since it is still warm outside, I might go back out and see what is going on!

I also still have to find an item that sold on eBay over the last Frisatsu! So there is also that task to accomplish, as well!

My firewood guy will also becoming over very soon, so that was a nice development too!

I'll be sitting out in the truck waiting for his arrival too!

I must admit that it was an action packed day!

I TRUST THAT EVERYONE HAD A MONUMENTAL MONDAY AND A GREAT START TO THE NEW WEEK! I DEFINITELY FEEL THAT MINE WAS VERY FULFILLING!
