Despite the Current Crisis, Why the Long Face?
Hello Everybody!
Even though we are faced with this pandemic, and the many infringements and dangers that it represents, we should realize that it also brings along with it many opportunities as well!
Since we are all affiliate marketers, and aspiring affiliate marketers, Wealthy Affiliate is perhaps the BEST place to be while all this turmoil is surrounding us!
Believe me when I say that there is no need to have a "Long Face" about this situation!
While we are in lock down mode, as many other posts have attested to here, it gives us the opportunity to grow our websites, write more content, tidy up and tie up loose ends--heck even start a new site altogether!
Endless pages could be filled with ideas of what we can do with this unique opportunity afforded to us!
We only need to look at the proverbial glass as being half full (or trough, in my case), rather than half empty!
This is really easier than one might think it is, we must simply brainstorm a little.
There have been many great ideas in past posts here already put forth,
With so many creative like-minded individuals here in Wealthy Affiliate, the possibilities are infinite!
Heck you can simply read through the Wealthy Affiliate community blog roll to find all sorts of ideas!
If you have an idea--YOU could be one writing about it to share with everyone! There's nothing to lose and everything to gain! The only "dumb" idea is the one not presented. We never know where that next "hidden gem" will appear!
Shadow and Star, while admittedly a bit fearful of my latest alter ego, are in complete agreement with the contents of this post!

Hey Jeff,
I got stopped at your first paragraph. My creativity will return soon, I am sure.
90 minutes (10:30 p.m.) before full quarantine here, we had to take our little one to the hospital. She was having a hard time breathing. Well all public transportation has stopped here. Fortunately it is not that far of a walk to the hospital for me and I needed to listen to her breathing along the way. Marine Mel & Dr Mel have situation under control while wife is in full panic mode. ::: sigh :::
Only 1 Dr on duty and we waited a good hour and by the time the Dr got to us, our child was breathing normally again.
Congestion most likely caused by the position the baby is in while being breastfed. A night of observation at home and the little one is doing fine.
Because of quarantine, I will be home bound for a month at least or until the crisis is declared over here. Only one person can leave the house and my wife will have the pass for that in case she needs to take baby to Dr...etc.
So I'll definitely be working 24/7 once we are sure the little one is doing great.

You'll be nose to the grindstone in WA, I'm sure, and with your experience and work ethic, you guys will be just fine!

Well, you did it again. We laughed our faces off! Great therapy to be positive and it teaches our young ones how to sidetrack stress. Our Co. is manufacturing ventilators, and testing kits for those with Rona. Aside being exposed to people I feel good about helping during this strange period. I hope all are well.

I am home with my kids (thankfully) and still learning something new everyday! I haven't written more than usual but just trying to understand other stuff like building an email list, lead magnets etc.

It is so very nice to be able to sit at home although I am only here on Saturdays and Sundays as a plumber can never rest I guess. My wife just got asked to take a volunteer layoff for a month as of tomorrow. Glad as this will help the kids as they are off of school but still need to do the work.
