Blog Dog Bliss!
Hello everyone here in Wealthy Affiliate!
This will be a short post about the Blog Dog homecoming back to their original home.
We did get a little snow coming down (it did not stick) when Monica and the kids arrived just after 5 o'clock to get Shadow and Star (the Blog Dogs).
They gathered them up, and I followed them over with the Kennel the rest of their dog food and some other things shortly thereafter.
Jacob enjoyed seeing Star when I got over there.
She was very timid being back after being gone so long. They had already been bathed by the time I got over there.
Shadow and Star got their bearings, still damp from a badly needed bath!
Samantha was quite happy to have them back where they belonged.
I am confident that they will get settled back in, but I will still take them back if Monica decides she can't deal with it.
I ate dinner with everyone there, after I had my bath. That was a surprise.
As I left, the minimal snowfall had turned back into rain.
Everything essentially went smoothly, and I talked with Monica late last night, so we shall see how this all goes.
I will post my normal Frisatsu / St, Patrick's day post later today! I hope this works out, because my Blog Dogs needed better care, and now they have it again, plus their big yard in the image above!

You are the best amazing caregiver to Shadow, Star, and kitty. I know they will miss their daddy.
Pets are family members too. I have raised a total of 6 throughout my lifetime.
The last dog Baily was a Pit-Spaniel mix. He was as mean as hell. He was overprotective and charged at Scott (my old man) so I couldn't keep him.
He's a great guard dog at my friend's mountain home. However, I plan to get another Chow Chow soon.

I am sad to see them go too. Sometimes the best decisions can be painful. Fortunately, they will always have a loving home regardless of the location.
Happy St. Pat's everyone. It's a big party in San Francisco starting already and into the weekend. Many folks of Irish descent live here and some of the best drinking establishments of many years are Irish based.
Happy Friday, the sun is out so far so good.
They will be present in the blogs on a daily basis, David, and they will be much happier being back home.

They may be a little nervous remembering how it was there before they left. I'm sure once they realize there's no other dog there, they will relax and settle back in just fine.
Thank goodness you still have Kitty with you to keep you company. She may be a little more relaxed as well knowing that she runs the house now. 🐈⬛

Kitty is a mainstay here, but I know the Blog Dogs were distressed here for almost two years, at the consitions! I am happy that they are back home! Kitty and I will do just fine!

I saw your area was supposed to get snowfall I was praying it didn't track this way. I know it wouldn't have mattered to much in accumulation, but I am done seeing anything to do with the cold. Have a wonderful rest of your day.

Haha! Thanks, Kevin! We are due for much warmer temps in the next few days, so this is Winter's last gasp!

I hope because I got a newsbreak saying cold weather could track into Midwest this weekend. The map showed Western Missouri into Jefferson County and Columbia areas all the way to just the counties north of me.
