"I don't have time to build an online business"
I thought the same thing until I decided to go about building something. If found myself spending less time on social media and more times hitting my marks(goals).
I would rather get my dopamine rush by completing a business goal than a like on social media.
Time management is the key.

Love this Jeff, I spend most of my time getting the dopamine rushes related to "accomplishment" in business, versus sifting through tik tok for hours. If people invested their time in the right places, they would have lots of it to dedicate to the actual business they are building!

Best way to go I have found less interest on social media and mostly use it to promote or chat with a few friends and even then spending less time there.
