SO, What's the Plan?
I had the distinct privilege to work for an outstanding company for 25 years. The level of professionalism was the equal of any corporate setting in the world. One of the many management tools I learned and subsequently taught, was simply asking the question... "So, what's the plan?" This question would be posed whenever an individual either presented a problem or expressed a desire. It was presumed that you had given the situation some thought before you brought it forth, otherwise you were simply a reporter... and any one can 'report', but not every one can plan (think).
As I begin my WA journey, I need to determine what I want from this journey, and then answer the question... "So, what's the plan?"
Let's say that I decide that I want to work from home, 20 hours a week and I want to do something fun and I want to earn $2000/month before taxes. What does that mean in terms of website activity and results?
I need some help with this part of the puzzle, but let me try to answer with my very limited expertise.
For argument's sake let's say that $1000/month will come from WA promotion activities and $1000/month will come from affiliate sales (Amazon and Google, etc.).
WA Promotion... In order for me to gross $1000/month from promoting WA, I'll assume that half my recruits will go yearly and half will go monthly, but they'll only last 4 months... I will need to get 3 yearlies and 5 monthlies, EVERY MONTH.
Affiliate Sales... If I intend to gross $1000/month from affiliate sales, let's assume that I earn an average of 8% on my sales, then I need to generate sales of $12,500 EVERY MONTH.
NOW, the real question is what do I have to do to deliver these results. I have learned the answer is not about patience. I think it'll take learning, action and measuring and more action.
Time to get busy... REAL BUSY.
What am I missing? Please help me fill in the blanks.

You are setting goals and that is a HUGE step in the right direction. You have a great niche. Develop it and go for it.
I need you to teach me to plan. I have never learned to plan, just fly by the seat of my pants.
One interesting approach to planning is to start at the end. Sounds silly, but if you can clearly state what you want the end state to be, then you can start to fill in the blanks. What's fun about it is building it based on dependencies. Let me think about how I can layout some simple guidelines that will make some sense... Stay tuned.
You are not missing much. Just plow through the training at get it going! The answers are all there. Your research is very good by the way :)
I think you have answered your own question. Just keep making activity on your website. If you build it, they will come.
