I Tried to put a banner code in editor, and as I clicked update it went to http500 website cannot be displayed,please don't tell me that I have to start all over, I worked so ha
Some times things don't go to plan. Some times we have to work twice as hard, all i can say is take the day off and then take a deep breath and do it over again. There is a plugin that does backups of your website it called "UpdraftPlus Backup and Restoration" I hope this helps?
You are welcome. I as a retired graphic designer learned the hard way too. I use to lose a lot of work by not saving regularly in the days when i was new to computers. I still have a lot of holes in the wall around the computer at home haha.
Yes, it does seem to be missing. Can you go back and log in from WA? If you could do that maybe you could go back and remove the code.
You will probably have to get Wordpress to help you with that. They say if you misplace the code for a banner or anything, really, it mess up all the code. I don't think it means for sure you lost everything, but WP wrote it so it's logical they will have to fix it. Sorry.

I got it back, what I did was delete the website on my domain, and the move the site rubix website back to the my domain, It was still the old theme and stuff but It's better than totally starting over.

Im scared that someone can register and just ruin all of the hard work I had spent hours for and just take all of the credit, what do I do?
From your WordPress dashboard, go to Settings>General and make sure the box that says Anyone can register is not checked.
