I Cant Think Of A Niche! Really, Are You Sure About That?

On an almost daily basis, one of the most common questions I see here which I struggle to understand is the amount of people claiming to not have a niche, or any clue what niche to pursue here.

When I first joined I already had quite a few ideas regarding which direction I’d like to take my business in, so I always assumed everyone would think the same as me. I’ve always been an inquisitive person and love to learn and research about many subjects. When you think about it, there are so many choices out there.

A lot of people are under the impression that if there are already sites based on their interest or passion then they can’t use it as a niche. This couldn’t be further from the truth, if a niche is popular, there is always room for more sites because as individuals we all have personalities and different opinions on any given subject. How you interact is just as important as the information you share.

Here is a little test you can do to see if your niche idea is good. Think about your chosen niche and write ten post/article ideas. If you can do that, you can write ten more and guess what? You have a niche.

Whether you like sport and fitness, music, dieting, gardening, tropical fish, whatever! There is an audience out there looking for your opinions and advice. So get out there and get creative :)
