Have you tried using either of the 2 circle sliders to either Buy Cash Credits or Exchange Credits for Cash? These are located near the bottom of the screen, see attached image.
Hello Robert, the one that you are showing me is Cash Credit. And I'm having problem with Affiliate credits.
I purchased cash credit to buy a domain name. So, I they are going well.
But having problem with affiliate credits. As you can see in the picture.
I can see on the screenshot that you have not yet met the threshold for payment of Affiliate Credits. There is not only a minimum amount of money involved but also the ratio of free members to premium members has to be high enough to avoid people "gaming" the system.
If you have any further queries then contact Kyle by private message. The community can't help you with this.
Alex, yes, Marion is right, there is a minimum threshold for payment of affiliate credits, you may see some answers here : Why can't I cash out my 20 credits? :
Thank you so much for helping me with this. Now I understand.
If I have 100 referrals, then at least 5 person have to upgrade premium in order to active the affiliate credits.
Thank you so much. I'll be working on it. :) :) :)
Yep,
Now you got it right.
At least 5% of our referrals have to upgrade comparing with the total number of the referrals we have in order to cashout the credits. Most of time it happens very easily if you have got your referrals only from search engine or CPC traffic. But if you have use other medium of advertisements to get the referrals, then have chance that you will get less percentage of premium referrals.
Good Luck!

You would set a 'name' on the subhead you wanted to use, and then in the html you would then use a jump to it with text for the link at top where the name is the name of the subhead.
Those are sometimes called "jump links" or "in-page links". Here's some training that explains how to set them up: Contents with Jump Link Within The Same Page
