Those pesky little widgets
Widgets and me, we do not agree. They symbolise creepy, crawly things that get into my code and eat it for lunch! The last time I tried to use a text widget, it did just that, got into code and wiped it all out, calling for an urgent message to marvellous Support, who must have thought " there she goes again, just like a roundabout".
Trouble again, needed Google translator, so drew back like a rearing horse (and I've had plenty of those) and needed a good old cup of English tea. A question was finally asked of the community, when I plucked up enough courage to ask, and many dear people came to my aid. Juneyo in particular gave me the link to Tony's training on just that subject, and with great trepidation I got the trusty iPad and computer and sat down for a day's work. Glasses on, I plodded on, pausing the video second by second, and then I tried the text widget. Golly, it actually worked! And in the right place! Thanks Tony
Time for another cup of tea!

There was a time when I didn't even have the slightest idea what a widget was or how to use it. I've learned so much in the past year and that's thanks to great training and persistence. You'll make it too. Just keep persisting and keep trying. Many blessings to you

Soldier on Jan. Don't let them get you down. And have another cup of tea. If you've read "The Hitch-hiker's Guide to the Galaxy" you'll know how useful a cup of tea can be.
