My first website, its the start !
Well,
I haven't posted on here yet and I've just purchased my first domain as part of my journey here at WA.
I finally found my niche, which had been staring me right in the face the whole time. I read all the advice about choosing a niche that is something you are passionate about, but I just couldn't seem to pick one. I was being a sheep and trying to find what everyone else was doing in order to help me choose something.
After a lot of umming and ahhing, searching google for something to trigger my mind, I sidetracked myself to my actual passion and started watching youtube to break up the mind rut. So I started watching four wheel drive adventure and touring videos I subscribe to (I love four wheel driving and touring myself) and then I had a Homer Simpson moment .....
Thats my niche! Why did I not think of that from the start? Well, I now have my niche, I found some affiliate programs I can join up with to promote and my confidence is back on the table.
I am still only on the 'getting started' part of the learning, but I feel I am back in the game.
And thank you all here at WA that put the time in to support everyone like me..........I'm back on my track :)

It was definitely an exciting moment, even if it was only a small moment, but it’s a small goal en route to the bigger goal and that is what I believe this is all about, reaching the smaller ones rather than trying to set out straight for the finish line.

Cheers Mick, it can be tough when you don’t think your passion would be a good niche and instead look for other solutions. As things become clearer, I realise it has to be something you believe in otherwise ‘fake it till you make it’ on something unfamiliar would turn into a struggle.

Sometimes our best niche is staring us in the face and we just don't recognize it, glad you found it now onward and upward.

Yes I had got through some of the training, but circumstances in life got in the way and I ventured away.
But I spent a good amount of time back here and doing lots of research and feel enthused again.
