Super Affiliate Challenge: Month 2: Also My Greatest Find

The Super Affiliate Challenge month 2, my progress thus far.

I really enjoyed this month.

I have learned a lot not only about affiliate marketing but about myself.

Not only am I a Super Affiliate (in the making).

I am truly making it happen.

I can see it all coming together and I know that if I wasn't here at Wealthy Affiliate, this would have still been only a dream.

I want to take this time to thank each and every one of you.

Those that I know, Those that I don't know (yet) and Those that I am getting to know.

Let's get into my progress report

Setting Writing Goals

Goal setting still in progress.

The main goal was to complete my 12 articles which I am glad to say I did. YAY.

Researching 30 Keywords

I did this right at the beginning of this part of the SAC and it helped a lot.

I would also say that I made quite a bit research throughout the month so have a long list of keywords, hopefully this will carry me through the other months of this challenge. YAY.

Creating Captivating Titles

Still working on and learning how to make my content titles more captivating. lol

Writing 12 Articles (at least 1,000 words)

YAY. Did it.

I have completed 12 articles and my word count for each has naturally gone up.

I am continuing to write 2,000 to 4,000 plus words an article.

This word count is not a goal that I set, it is just the amount of words that I end up with after doing a detailed product review and or how to post.

In fact, I have actually completed 20 articles in month 2 of the challenge. I would also like to say that I have also added lower word count articles.

Why? These posts are explaining and or definition posts.

Live Training Sessions

I continue to attend the live training and feel that this is also a great help in my personal growth.

I also want to mention a great book that Jay recommended:

How to Write a Copy that Sells by Ray Edwards - recommended by Jay in the live training.

Reading this book as been a real game changer for me. My Greatest Find this month.

I have actually done a product review on this book which you can check out on my website located on my profile page.

(Yes I know, this is a shameless plug) But it is a great book and also available on Kindle for those more modern. lol.

Writing Product Reviews

For some reason just couldn't get my head around writing product reviews

I had talked myself into thinking that they were just too hard to write.

This started to be a point where procrastination would set in whenever I thought about writing a product review.

I would then settle with writing another "how to" post. lol

Then one day I asked a question in the Wealthy Affiliate community.

I got so many brilliant responses that really helped me develop a deeper understanding into why I should be writing them and how important they are in my niche,

I got a deeper understanding about the purchasing cycle.

So I started writing product reviews and realised that I loved writing them and they were a lot easier to write than "how to" post.

I have been writing product reviews almost every day.

So far I have written 12 Reviews

So in total I have written my 20 and reached my monthly goal content goal.

I have got almost all my content indexed in Google that I have written this month. YAY.

8. PRODUCT PRICE AND LEVELS OF PRICING - UPSELLS
9. CONCLUSION
10. REPEAT PRODUCT NAME AND BRIEF OVERVIEW
11. VERDICT LIGIT OR NOT
12. WHAT I USE
13. CLOSE

You do not have to use all these points, it is just a really helpful guide.

This makes life so much easier. I would also suggest taking a look at the training that I have listed below, because they really helped me.

Offering Comments in Site Comments

I haven't done any Site Comments or asked for any comments on my posts, but hope to improve on this in the next part of the challenge.

Linking New Posts to My Wealthy Affiliate Review Post

I finally understand centralising my affiliate links. YAY.

This is great linking my many of my posts to my WA review and I have noticed my traffic increasing. YAY.

Creating Custom Banner Using Canva

Canva is a great tool and the more I use it the better I am getting. This is such a time saver and makes my content look even more professional. YAY.

You can see a simple design in my banner and within this post. It took under a minute to put together and it was free and fun to do so. YAY.

Helping others in Wealthy Affiliate Community

I have tried to keep up with the community here and hope that I have help some of you.

My main focus as been on my content creation so my visits to the community as gone down a little.

Once I become faster at creating content I will be able to balance this out a little better.

I found this post in the community and thought I would add the link here because it is, I feel important for us to know and understand this.
