What does Pay It Forward mean?

Do you know what the Wealthy Affiliate Pay It Forward mean?

If you are like me, maybe you think this has to do with money.

Yes, that was what I thought for a long time. There was even a time my bank had an unexplained problem with payment by Visa card and I couldn’t renew my membership on time. When the grace period was nearing expiration, I looked frantically for who could “pay it forward” for me. Fortunately I didn’t ask anybody.

Another time I thought Pay It Forward meant to pay your membership in advance, such as the yearly premium. So when I went yearly, I thought I was paying it forward!

Someone might ask why I didn’t check what it meant. The question is, why do you check something that you thought you understood perfectly?

How come I understand Pay It Forward now?

In the last few months, it was dawning on me that Pay It Forward was something entirely different from what I was thinking.

And as Kyle suggests interactivity (whose tasks consists in being active in chat 20 minutes per day, writing one blog post per week, sharing something of value and helping at least 5 people per day within WA), he says we are a Pay It Forward community.

Then I knew what Pay It Forward meant here, maybe elsewhere too?

Hi Akoli,

It is funny when we assume. You thought it was about someone paying for you when you could not make your payment then, you thought it meant to pay your yearly membership in advance. However, it really is paying without money.

Now you know what it really means to pay it forward here on the WA platform! Much success to you!

Kind regards,
Nichola

Yes, in the heat of things we often forget the little essentials which, however, go a long way to help us and others. Thanks for your contribution, Derek.

Also you.

Jennifer, what would this wonderful community be without members' contributions? This is like a family, with each helping the other.

Others help me understand many things and it will be almost "sinful" not to do the same.

Yes you are so right

Have a great day

Jennifer

I love paying it forward with people. Especially with the young people that I have helped. I always tell them to pay it forward to assist someone else. I think if we has people focus more helping each other instead of tearing each down.

Be Blessed.

Yes, Cherry, united we stand divided we fall. They who give, receive. And a good deed is nver lost. The more you give help the more help you receive from unexpected sources.

Thanks for your contribution. I appreciate.

You are very much welcome. Warm regards.
