I’ve noticed that many good people give up too soon on this one-of-a-kind opportunity to create a passive income online.

In other words, I took those three pieces of advice seriously, and now, I can sit in a Starbucks at 10 am (woke up 2 hours ago) on a Tuesday.
While people around me are rushing to get to work or whatever their crazy heads are up to, I soak a massive dose of Vitamin D and drink a delicious latte.

Hello Ivan, I love your message here and I can speak from experience that is 100% correct!
I have been at this for several years and I am just now starting to take off with great traffic and sales. Ironically it is my little second site that is doing so well. I think I had to learn all I did on my first site and apply it to my second site to be successful. It takes time! This little site is 2 years old and in the health niche which is now much harder under Google's new shift. I am getting over 500 page views (300-400 visitors) per day now and most of them are organic. My sales conversion on Amazon is averaging over 40%.
If I gave up after the first 6 months or year I wouldn't be here today. I don't make nearly enough to quit my job yet but it is amazing to wake up and check my sales every single morning and know that those sales will be coming in 7 days a week!

I think the reason why people think affiliate marketing is a fast way to riches is because affiliate/internet marketers push them to sales pages that make extraordinary income claims about how much money one person made in 30 days.
Of course they don’t give you all the details about that one person, their past experience, existing foundation, etc.
The fact that marketers will then blast their email list with promotion after promotion doesn’t help either.
If affiliate/internet marketers were more reasonable with their sales pages/funnels, then people might have more realistic expectations. Unfortunately that means their sales and conversions would go down, so that’s not likely to happen.
