Are you saying that you went to this link and when you click on the "cancel billing" button at the bottom it does not cancel? That seems very unusual.

It's actually very easy to cancel your membership. Just go to your account settings>subscriptions>cancel billing like you would with just about any other membership service. :) Best of luck to you.
I can assure you the WA platform isn't conspiring against you to keep you as the one and only member who can't cancel their membership. :)
I've been a member for over 5 years, helped thousands of people find the platform, and for many who for one reason or another had to leave at some point, the cancel option is there for them and it's a simple process.

If you paid by PayPal, you can login your PayPal, click cogwheel, then payments, recurring payments and cancel WA.
