What an Awesome few days!!
Can't help it, the blood is pumping. It is 5:55 am and I feel fantastic. Just finished my 15/15 workout and preparing for the rest of the day. (on youtube, going to document my changes)
Going to have some breakfast here, getting ready to start eating differently. You might of thought I was going to say diet but this is different. I have been saying it for a few days.
