Someone want to pay through a pay pal but does not know a procedure
Payor needs to go to PayPal and hit the pay money link and follow the procedure. They will need your PayPal ID, but not your password. The YouTube video from Phoenix is excellent.
My understanding is that YOU want to ACCEPT Paypal Payments... For that you must have some type of plugin on your website that will accept your customers email address. There are many ways and unfortunately WordPress has so many it may be confusing. Rather than tell you what I do, I suggest this guy on Youtube. He is the most knowledgeable WordPress person I have found... and you can see how to do it STEP by STEP.

once you have given your paypal credit card information puts the amount into your account the amount you need when you need to verify your PayPal account goes shown some Sage until you have an account with them the next time you change your credit card, they just need the information
Hi stn67, thatks for your comment . Does not have the credit card and it take time to be produced.
I'm assuming you have a PayPal account and the person is trying to pay you ? There are a variety of ways to move money using PayPal. The payer will need a credit card, PayPal account or bank info. You can even request the money from them by email if they don't understand PayPal or have an account. I recommend logging into http://paypal.com (Products & Services tab > Frequently Used Tools) for an explanation of different options.
Hi Normady, the pay pal is needed for continues registration since she is paying registration on monthly basis
Create an account at http://www.paypal.com
You need to link a credit card to your account, but you will be guided through the sign-up process once you have confirmed the creation of your account.

Probably the easiest and least confusing way is to go to http://paypal.com and click on "contact us". You can talk live and get quick answers. They are very helpful......Dick
Must have an account which is a simple procedure, and then it is necessary to have a credit card. Do not remember steps after that but it was simple even for a person like me. Jovo
