Yay! It's Monday morning...Right??
If you are usually hard on yourself and see Monday as dreadful...time for a u-turn!
Monday is the start of the week and the chance to start it off with a bang.
Take a minute and be good to yourself for all the good things you got done last week.
Even if you didn't get everything done, even if you think you are behind, smile and take a breath.
Now is your chance, just keep putting in the effort.
Good things happen when we give ourselves praise, even a little bit.
I'll bet, if you stop and think about it, you deserve the pat on the back. You got this far didn't you?

I'm not normally a "Monday person" - I don't find it dreadful but the change in gears from a weekend to weekday routine can sometimes be a little jarring!
However, your post has given me the inspiration to make this Monday so good that the weekend gets jealous!
