Google analytics set up!
Finally!
My website is connected to Google Analytics!
I know, for many is this "easy-peasy" stuff, but for me is great achievement. Moreover because I did it for the first time in my life. I was trying for months to connect my site to Google Analytics. It sounds weird but didn't try hard enough.
Today, I was focusing more on the issue and it owrked. With htis blog I want to encourage all the members of the community that have problems with this matter that, at the end it is really easy to do it.
Thus, I was so excited that I needed to share it with the community!
How could I do it?
Here are the steps:
- 1) Contacted WA support
- 2) Went again through the video tutorial Kyle produced, back in 2013, which still works.
- Here is the link of the tutorial: Manually Adding Google Analytics To Your Website
- 3) Followed the instructions
- 4) Used FTP FileZilla software to upload the code into header.php file of my theme!
- 5) Checked the connection in the real time.
That's actually all I did!
It sounds easy now and it is easy, but at the begining was not so. Thanks to the kind and fast WA support, Kyle's video tutorial, FTP client FileZilla and my intent to finally solve this problem, the problem was solved!
So, just follow the instructions carefully, go though every step properly and you will start tracking your visitors in no time.
If you need any help regarding installation, connection with Google Analytics and other stuff, feel free to contact me and I will be glad to help you out, and, as always, If you liked the blog-post, please leave a comment below

Hi Roger!
I needed to share because for myself it was a nice resolving of the GA problem. I think this was another important "piece of the puzzle" that was missing in a bit bigger picture of the online marketing niche!
Thanks for the reply!
Best regards!
Thanks for posting Igor!
I had problems trying to install as well, took 2 days but finally got it to work. That is a good feeling...congratulations!
