Are you wondering why your blog won't post?
I have some time to kill while I wait for my updates to load at my sites. I do not want to move on with the training until I can follow along with Kyle step by step, so...
I've been noticing people getting frustrated because they can't get their blogs to post.
This happened to me at first and I could not figure out why!
Well, problem solved!
I did not realize that newbies can only post one blog a day!
This is only for the first three months.
So, fellow newbies; If you have already posted a blog today, the system will not let you post another (Today). Save your post and try again tomorrow.
However, if is your 1st post that will not post for you then it is not about the one-post-per-day limitation ...
The reason might be that you havn't entered the 2 required tags yet.
I was also confused about tagging. I didn't know what that meant. That was easy as well! Just type in something related to the content of your blog so that when others are searching for answers to something related to what you are blogging about, they can find your blog. Simple. No need to overthink it, like I did! Silly me!
One other thing: sometimes the system is simply too busy ... In this case all you need to do is to go back in a few minutes and publish the automatically saved draft ...
It is the little things that snag us, but take heart; there are SO MANY helpful people here at WA. Just ask questions a lot like I do! I am having a wonderful experience as I grow and glow here at WA!

Oh, and one more thing...
I like to think that encouraging words are important. I firmly believe in karma. What you put into the world comes back at you. Since I am encouraged by simple kind thoughts, I decided to send some to you.
When we live with conviction, we tend to live up to our convictions and not down to our flaws. Without convictions, life will just ‘happen’ to us. In other words:
Stick to what you believe in.
Stand firm and don’t give up. You are going to MAKE the change in your life! You are in the right place, at the right time in your life.
Just like the grasshopper and the ant. We are in our summer work time, but we will put our feet up this winter! Just put in the work now, you will be glad later.

I have also had trouble getting my blogs to publish (I am not a new member and can do three per day and this was my first of the day). There must be some technical glitch that happens sometimes since I have run across this many times off and on over the years. I know now that it is a glitch however and try again later.
Your points are good ones though Virginia! The one post per day limit is often missed by new members.
I wish there was some sort of word that wasn't the word "blog" used to make posts on the WA website. Yes, newbies can only post one blog per day.
The website you are constructing is also called a blog. You can post as many things as you want on that. That one is on the siterubix platform if you have your hosting here at WA
Both things have been having technical problems today. I had trouble working on my website blog, as well as posting a WA blog. Both were website problems.

Yes, I had some technical difficulties today, but they are resolved now and the delay produced this blog, that may help another newbie, so all is well in my world.

Hey Virginia,
You should have free time more often because that was a great blog. I think many people try to post multiple times in the beginning. Later to find out their blogs won't post!! I know I made that boo-boo.
