I notice all my websites ie. songkids.org and myothings.com and hthiew.com are not longer listed in the platform. Is there an issue?

Yes sites are down, I just used an old ticket to get in contact with site support. Will post the issue on Kyle and and Carson’s profile pages so they can see it too.

Websites are back up so clear your cache and try again should be good to go.
The abilty to send a ticket to site support is back up as well

A few days ago, one of the members discovered that we now have to verify that we want to change our email address.
If you are not the owner of the email address within your account then you will need to reach out to SiteSupport https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support for assistance.
If you DO own the email address presently being used on your WA account then you need to log into that email account and click on the link that the WA server would have issued that email address to verify that YOU are the one who is changing the email address on the account.
This verification has obviously been added to protect for each and every WA membership account from hackers taking over our account.

The system they use is extremely secure. It will automatically give you a new password if required. It's great because you don't have to Remember your password and you just have to copy and paste it to your log in page. Jim

it's all ok -- simply go to your Profile and go through the prompts....
Profile>>Account Settings>>General Settings>>Password / email - edit and save. ... and that should do it ...

that does depend on whether the site Is life. If the site isn't live then you need to contact your host to see if they have a backup. Or of course, you can use your own backup. If you have a backup you're going to have to make it live and publish it on another domain and then copy and paste the articles
